Personal bankruptcy

Generally, people try to avoid bankruptcy because of a perceived stigma attached to it. The myths that have surrounded bankruptcy have kept people from clearing their debts using this process.

In today's economic climate debt management plans or IVAs are not always effective for everyone, but creditors still want consumers to avoid bankruptcy and agree to nominal monthly payment plans.

Bankruptcy is a legal solution to eliminate your debt, and one that should be explored.
Here's what the UK government Insolvency Service has to say about bankruptcy:

“Before you take any action to apply for your own bankruptcy, you should get your own legal or financial advice about bankruptcy and the other options available to you. The Insolvency Service and the courts cannot advise you on specific insolvency problems; for example, whether you should go bankrupt or your company should go into liquidation, or whether you should look at alternatives. You should get independent advice. You may consult a solicitor, a qualified accountant, an authorised insolvency practitioner or a reputable financial advisor.”

Clear Insolvency is here to offer you our assistance and services for your personal bankruptcy.

Complete our short enquiry form to see how we can assist you and we will call you back. Alternatively you can contact us.

What's right for you depends entirely on your circumstances as these are all solutions to the same problem, but tackled differently.
